Auction Site needed (ASAP)

We are currently looking for a web company to create an auction website similar to [login to view URL] and madbid.com. Basically it should be a 24h auction site, with a user based system, a user-friendly backend, super-tested and super-safe. We need integrate an automatic email notification system and a built-in-site notification center to check the status of your current bids with the opportunity to post different product with different amount of credit to use for each bid, recent winner section, how it works, user panel, auto bidder, start auction reminder, upcoming auctions,closed auctions,live auctions,further possibilty to create multi-language front-end,paypal integration and most used credit/debit-card. We have already created mockups of different pages (including homepage and product page). The deadline is within 15 days as we are in a hurry due to a previous experience, if the deadline is not respected we remove you from the project.
