Advertising platform changes

1. Make category links like [login to view URL] for example [login to view URL] 2. Want to be able to write a small text on the top of every category 3. Need main and sub categories. For example main category is "Presents" and below there is "Birthday", "Christmas", "Valentines day" 4. The invoices should show as list. So users can see all invoices from the whole year and open them. 5. Clicks on Partner panel should show in another way. At the moment it is only showing the click rate but not how many clicks per day? 6. Click through rate (CTR) should show in the partner panel. If the ad gets 100 impressions and 2 clicks the CTR is 2% for example. 7. The left menu can be removed on the partner interface so the tables (Manage Ads especially) can include more useful data like clicks, CTR, costs ... 8. On Manage Ads the partner should be able to see the statistics (clicks, costs, CTR, position) for a specific choosen date range (for example 03.01.2013 - 10.01.2013) 9. On Manage ads the partners should be able to see the average position of their ad 10. Display average costs per click ( combined with the date range it will be useful if they changed the price/click sometimes)
