AMAZING BLOG & BLOG NETWORK

I am looking to hire a programmer or a team to build the BEST possible BLOG that i can. this blog needs to be BEST IN CLASS on all levels. I want to use the MOST ROBUST blog framework (leaning towards wordpress but open to suggestions). This blog needs to use the BEST plugins, the best scripts, the best SEO, the best semantic markup, the best of everything. This blog needs to be DESIGNED to be scalable and high traffic. This blog will eventually be a part of 10 or so blogs that are part of a blog network. Please read this entire project description and tell me what you think. Please include your ideas and your basic strategy with regards to design and implementation. please include your examples of high traffic BLOGS that you have done as well as your other experience. the ENTIRE payment for this project will be ESCROWED. i want to REPLICATE the functionality and setup and design and flow of 1 of the different blogs that is part of the [login to view URL] media network and / or the B5media network... I want to build a wordpress site that is REALLY well designed.. I want the site to be Solid, strong SEO, very easy to update, and organized and setup so that it is READY for high traffic.. this is a site that i want to eventually invest a lot of time and money into.. I want to have some basic levels of admin and user privileges. I will be the "super admin" and i will hire some writers that will be under me that will be paid on a per post basis. additionally, I want a way to track how much traffic each post generates and i will then also pay the writer a percentage for the higher traffic posts.. the more traffic they generate, the more they get paid...
