custom FTP program required

I need an ftp program that will help me upload images to our website The website structure for holding the images is as such ssl/images ssl/images/thumbs/ , ssl/images/medium/ , ssl/images/large/ under each of these sub directories there are 1000 folders named 000 through 999 This application needs to have: 1. the ability to schedule uploads. 2. the ability to put in the domain name and login information. 3. the ability to change the directories where we would like to deposit the images. 4. the ability to change the directories on our local machine that holds the images we would like to upload 5. automatic reconnect and resume if the Internet connection was broken for somereason In this example, our local machine where this app would run will have 3 directories: c:/ftpupload/images/thumbs/ c:/ftpupload/images/medium/ c:/ftpupload/images/large/ Remember this is just to start... we need to be able to adjust as specified above. the program would need to hit each local directory and examine each filename for the first 3 digits (if the filename is 10 char long) or the char 4-6 (for filenames with a length of 13). This set of digits corresponds to the 000-999 folder on the server. So if you are looking locally in c:ftpupload/images/thumbs/ and find an image like [login to view URL] that would need to be ftped to our website in the /ssl/images/thumbs/123/ directory Likewise if looking locally in the c:/ftpupload/images/medium directory and find an image like [login to view URL] (13 char file name)... that file should be ftped to /ssl/images/medium/256/ directory After each local directory was parsed and uploaded we would like some type of logging confirmation that showed the # of file in the local directory and the # of files successfully uploaded from that directory. This program may be written in either vb.net or C# and we retain all copyrights and sourcecodes. We will also need a complied exe as a deliverable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform winxp pro
