component for custom forms (USPS)

What is needed is a dll for filling out a customs form with USPS. This will require a license to access their server through the API. The results should be a pdf file and a customs number. The file will not need to be printed but just saved to file. The only form this will be used for would be the 2976A form. There are three classes and a few methods needed. The classes are data, item, processes. Here is the site to get all the documentation needed for this. <[login to view URL]> The properties needed for the data class are: CustomerTo, AddressTo, CityTo, CountryTo, Weight as Integer, PhoneNumber, DeclaredValue as Currency, InvoiceNumber, Sender, SenderAddress, SenderCity, SenderState, and SenderZipCode The originalcountry is optional The others are required The properties needed for the item class are: Description, Price as Currency, Quantity as Integer For the Processes will have one Public Property called ItemList which will be a collection (will be a collection of Item class) Will have 2 methods. One is called ClearItemList (which will clear the ItemList collection and the other called SaveCustomForm) When initializing the Processes Class, needs to set a new ItemList collection The 2 parameters for the SaveCustomForm function are thisdata as data class and path (which would be the path where the resulting pdf file will be saved to). The function will return the customs number. If there are no items or more than 5 items in the itemlist collection, then will need to return an error when running the SaveCustomForm Function. Also, if the required items are not filled out, then will need to raise an error. This shoudl be done in VB.
