Console Application that accepts arguments

What I need are 2 programs. The first program I need is a console application that accepts arguments and does something based on what is sent in. For this sample; the argument will be a number. What the first program will do is to sleep for 5 seconds; then write to C:\[login to view URL] (number being the variable. The text file will have the number plus the current date/time put in there. The second program I need will need to do the following. 1. needs to loop through 10 times. For each time it runs through the loop (for next statement); whatever number it is; will open the first program with the command argument (so i can see it works). Needs to be in visual studio 2008 professional edition using visual basic .net (using the .net framework 3.5). ## Deliverables The source code and the compiled exes for the 2 programs. Must work on buyer's environment. The first program must allow more than one instance to run but each instance must use the proper argument sent in (not use the argument sent into another instance). ## Platform Windows XP Home Edition, Windows 2003 Server Edition.
