Betfair API Work - Read text file then place bets

The project is create a small application in VB6 that places bets on betfair, this will most likely be achived by using the free API, however I'm happy to listen to other solutions. The project is very small and will only bet on Ice Hockey (NHL specifically), however some basic documention or comments on how to easily make it work with other markets would be very handy The final product will be a module containing a single sub routine which uses the arguments FilePath, LayOrBack, UserName and Password * FilePath refers to the location of a CSV file that contains teams and odds for each team. (See Attached Example) * BackOrLay is a Boolean or Single that determines wether the program will back or lay at the odds in the file * Username and password are the [login to view URL] login credentials unique to each user. It would be useful to see this working in side a very small demo application, however this is not required. What is required is a ready to use sub routine that can be called with one line of code. Clarity of code is also going to be very useful. The final product should have comments along each step of the way, a bonus will be given for high levels of clairty. Finally this is the beginning of a larger project.
