ActiveX ->Outlook/Express/Messenger

Hi, I need the following developed: Create an Active X control which downloads via a web page. The Active X control prompts the user with a message box. "Add users from contact list?" If the user clicks "Yes" check to see if client has Outlook running, Outlook Express and Messenger. Go thru each of the respective object models and pull out the contact display name (first/last name), email address and populate on a form on a web page which the activeX control was downloaded on. This should be a list box on a html form that is populated.
