AIM ICQ Instant Messenger

Create an AIM/ICQ Mesenger in Visual Basic 6.0 We already have a MSN messenger in Visual Basic. The idea is to add the ICQ/AIM protocol. We will provide you some forms ( without code ). It should be simple and straightforward a listview to show buddies and a form to send message with a progress bar for file transfer. Another form would be needed to add users. User could be paged from the buddy list by clicking on a buddy.
