Data Sort with Neural Net

hi

I am looking to get a neural net working that I can:

**Train

**10 numeric input variables, on a scale 1-10 and 2 on/off inputs to give an output result on the scale 1-10

**Use it to give

**Results based on 10 numerica and 2 on/off inputs, results again on a scale 1-10.

Program should run on XP, getting data from input text file and outputting results to a text file.

This is a trial project which could lead on to more neural net work. If you're a neural net guru then I would love to hear from you.
