Application needed for multi-threaded registration proces

a multi-threaded application (.Net is ok) that is able to fill out the registration form at "Invision Powered Board" forums as well as these 4 forums: PHPbb, PHPbb 3.0, YABB, vBulletin. Program must be able to click the button with "terms" and then to fill out username and password from a pre-defined file. When it comes to the captcha code it should stop and wait for user to enter the captcha code. Important: Program must be multithreaded so it can run 20 threads at the same time (so it can show up to 20 windows at the same time where the captcha code needs to be entered).
