Custom PHP/MySQL Calendar Fixes/Updates Phase 2 Updates/Fixes

Custom Calendar program developed in PHP with MYSQL needs some updates as part of phase 2. About 21 items to fix. demo account will be provided on request. 1. FEAT: Customize staff schedule calendar to populate from a spreadsheet type grid. Will provide sample, add, employees from admin and designation from staff, i.e. driver, staff, managers, dispatch, titles. Using the staff - shop calendar detail entry type grid to populate. Fields to add: Employee Name ( must be able to add new names) Position: Driver, Dispatch, Tech, Manager, Staff (must add ability to add titles) For Each day each employee will have several options that can be manually overriden or other options can be selected: 2. FEAT: Customize Dispatch Delivery calendar to include driver, truck and few other custom fields, destination. 3. FIX: Dispatch Deliveries- calendar month view look at the 26th, and the last entry if I mouse over, it doesn't show the popup. 4. FIX: Dispatch Deliveries - an entry shows "CHRIS VAN\r\nCode 2010" when editing, it seems the ' apostrophe also causes a similar thing or doesn't show on the event title. 5. FIX: When editing Dispatch Deliveries, the calendar goes away and Pickup and Delivery Options go away and a P/ or D/ is added to the title. 6. FIX: When on the day view and you edit an event and click go back it takes you to the month view, should go back to the day or week view, whatever view was the previous view. 7. FIX: Adding event on day view doesn't default to the current date. 8. FEAT: Improve the login process, currently page goes to another screen, should leave it on one page and show message that password/login in correct. 9. FEAT: add logo on header to month, day, and week views. 10. FEAT: Change font on print friendly view, to an easier to read font, allow font to be changed from admin panel. the rest are on the expanded description ## Deliverables Custom Calendar program developed in PHP with MYSQL needs some updates as part of phase 2. demo account, view only: [login to view URL] demo demo##123 Phase 2 1. **FIX- if a user is an admin, they should only be able to change events for calendars they are an admin on. For instance if a user is set to only admin dispatch deliveries, they should not be able to admin studio bookings, which is what they can do now. i.e. mark a studio booking complete as an admin for the dispatch delivery calendar, should not be allowed if the account doesn't have admin rights on the studios bookings. 2. FIX: If Admin is checked on user account, then "admin" is used vs the account username on events. If admin is checked on account, username for that account should still added to events, and add modified last by name and time, when events are edited, appears on popup and edit screen. 3. FIX: Events that are not on the hour do not show up in the day or week view. if event is entered to start at 7:05 there should be an entry at 7:05 and if the next one is at 8:35 there would be another at that time. See event not showing on day view Sept 29, "Victor Test" 4. FIX: On Day view, Sept 1, for instance studios are not sorted properly, 7,8,9,10, etc.. should be 1,2,3,etc.. studios bookings should be sorted at top. when other calendars are selected. 5. FIX: Dispatch Deliveries - an entry shows "CHRIS VAN\r\nCode 2010" when editing, it seems the ' apostrophe also causes a similar thing or doesn't show on the event title. Some charcters cause the \ insert. Other events will have "\r\n\r\n \r\n" 6. FIX: Adding event on day view doesn't default to the current date. 7. FIX: On Dispatch Deliveries calendar, when a user selects a begin time the default on the end time should be an hour later, but that can be changed, appears to be a bug when the time is selected and the event is saved, it doesn't appear to be saving the end time all the time. 8. FIX: Events on the last row of month, or when near the bottom of the events for a day, does not show complete info in pop-up and in some cases the last event on a day of the month view is not showing the popup. Dispatch Deliveries- calendar month view look at the Aug 26th, and the last entry if you mouse over, it doesn't show the popup. This also happens with events on the far right days, on the month view, the popup displays off the page. Should pop to the left and display all text. 9. FIX: On Day and Week view, first time should start at 5am not 2am and increment until 11:59pm, or if possible show event entries into next day AM if they exist. They way it is now we are missing some times in the schedule. if there's an entry between 12am-1am, there is no slot for it. 10. FIX: When looking at the month view, events for previous and next month should show on dates from previous and next month, in addition days for previous and next month should show enough dates to complete a week, no more no less, for instance the Sept 2011 view has Oct 1 on Sat, but also has Oct 2 and 3, which are not needed to complete the week. If you look at October it is short by 2 days, only has Nov 1,2,3 should have 4 and 5. to fill in the week. 11. FIX: When on the day view and you edit an event and click go back it takes you to the month view, should go back to the day or week view, whatever view was the previous view. Phase 2a 1. FIX: When editing Dispatch Deliveries, the calendar goes away and Pickup and Delivery Options go away and a P/ or D/ is added to the title, Pickup and Delivery options should remain on the event when editing. FEAT: Studios events, that span more than one day, set default times, but be able to customize each day, so if you add an event for studios bookings, and then edit it, each day can come up with the ability to customize the begin and end times for each day. 6. FEAT: auto refresh 15 seconds on calendar, month view, week, and day view as long as not adding or changing an event. 7. FEAT: Change font on print friendly view, to an easier to read font, allow font to be changed from admin panel. 8. FEAT: Ability to copy an event to multiple days 9. FEAT: If a booking exists with start and end time, on the day view there should be some indication as a block of time when that event starts and ends. Filling the hours with a vertical bar with that event, others would also exist with a vertical bar. 10.
