Developing DNS Hosting Application using PHP, BIND/NSD, SQL.

I've attached the details project profile, please read it carefully- I need only genuine programmer who have knowledge of custom PHP coding and also familiar with BIND/NSD. Please do not waste my time if you have no idea what you are bidding for and only bid if you understand what exactly you'd have to deliver, also BID for basic development and attached project profile's listed modifications, we will then pay you separately for future development/improvement once the projects get online. Also if you are good at programming but not much expert in designing/creating interface/admin-panel, then I guess it wouldn't be a problem at all, we have pretty much designers who would love to join with you for co-operation at free of cost as they get salaried from the company.
