Automatic SSH command sender

Hello, I dont wanna say too much about the project publicly, but here is basically what I need: I already got a website set up, where I am selling some streaming servers. Basically, when someone orders a streaming server, after filling the information fields I receive an email. With the informations that the user filled in, I executed a self programmed bash script with the users information, on a remote linux server. The server is then installed and ready to use and I just need to send the output of the command as an email. I would just like someome to make this process automatic. I just want the script to send the SSH command directly after the user filled in the formular, send the email with the information received, and add the user to a MYSQL database, along with his email and date of order, I then want an admin page where I can see all the users and have a delete button (which just execute the delete ssh script on the server) My main concern is sending SSH commands to a server without creating some security issues.
