core function real estate website - symfony

We need the realization of some functionalities of a real estate website. This work will be modular and we proceed to develop in the first step the core of the system and in second time more functionalities. This website will list real estate offers from different real estate company (like for example [login to view URL]). In the first time we’ll develop the core function of the system. Below the functionalities/table we need: The website should be based on symphony and mysql and should have a clear and well commented code and a good MVC pattern. The access to backend should have different kind of user. One group of user should be a super administrator, with the abilities to edit Real Estate Company. The real estate company will be another kind of user, with the abilities to edit real estate ad. The entire functionalities do by the real estate company should be available also for super administrator. Bellow the main table and functionalities we need. Back-end (super administrator): Add/Edit Real Estate Company. Manage real estate company (list, sort, delete, publish, unpublished) Add/Edit real estate ad Manage real estate ad (list, sort, delete, publish, unpublished) Front-end View detail page about Real Estate Company Listing of real estate offers Filter the real estate offers View detail about real estate offers We have specific field indication for the real estate company and the real estate ad tables. Each field of the real estates ads table should be consider like an element in another table (real_estate_ad_fileds) to provide additional info (like default values, field type etc). We’ll provide additional info only by private message. Who will be choosen for this project will be selected also for the work that we’ll need to do in the future on this project. We’ll prefer to speak Italian if possible.
