Custom project phase 1

KBS GPS Tracking Project Phase 1. Setup and test DCSs for Meitrack VT310/MVT380, Teletonika FM4200. This should be the first phase, because we need working trackers to test functionalities that should be added. Tasks: 1. Setup the DCS for VT310 tracker(Meiligao protocol) 2. Setup the DCS for MVT380 tracker(Meitrack protocol) 3. Setup the DCS for Teltonika 4200 tracker 4. Test the live tracking 5. Test the history and replay tracks. also BOFAN PT600 and PT302 trackers Project timeline: The implementation will take 4 days we agree that this is phase 1 of 5 phases .total for all 5 phases : 2200 decription of our total project attached and it is agreed that all requirement will be covered when all 5 phases finished.
