Communication module (Magento/Unirgy installation).

Additional Communication functionality: We need the following functionality implemented in our Magento/Unirgy marketplace. It is important to notice this is a Marketplace (multiple sellers) from the same webpage. Unirgy deliver the software that transform the Magento e-commerce to a marketplace, we need to develop a simple communication module on top of this setup. It is important to us that all customers are able to get in touch with both us (Dentlet, as a marketplace host) and “Sellers” that are selling their products on the marketplace (we expect hundreds of sellers on the shop). We do already have some communication functionality in place, but it does not fulfil our requirements. These bullet points : What we need: - Communication from three groups (Customers, Sellers and Dentlet). - For using communication functionality, you need to be logged in. - When not logged in, you only need to write/create a question for support - Form submission: Use the same form throughout the entire site, making it more homogeneous, it have to be a simple pop-up when clicking a “Question” button.
