Amazon Name Lookup Tool

I need an application that is Windows 7 32/64-bit compatible to query Amazon MWS with a bulk list of Item names to find valid ASINs and return valid ASIN, sales rank and price with shipping. The application should efficiently handle 2,000 Item names at a time and produce results that can be imported into Excel for further processing. The application should be able to handle items that return duplicate answers for ASIN's (1 upc, 3 ASINS, for example). Each of the duplicates should show on it's own row. Also, if possible I would like it to pull the product details as well.
