Commision and Escow Solution Required For Travel Site

Due to a high volume workload we are outsourcing for a solution to our clients custom ecommerce website (PHP and MySQL framework) which will use a commission and escrow facility. Due to the budget on this project we expect to use scripts so as to remain cost effective, naturally the project would involve the folowing: 1) Advice on most suitable solutions 2) locating installing and configuring the scripts 3) testing scripts for full functionality We prefer a team who have experience in travel industry who have completed similar projects. Basic xml system flow charts of requirements are available upon commencing this project.
