Create a Meta Search Engine to compare e-commerce websites in India

I need someone to create a meta-search engine for different categories of products that'll search across all the Indian E-Commerce stores and aggregate the results and show them in an easy to consume fashion, so that the user can make a choice based on price, store, delivery details etc. This website will act as a comparative engine for all the Indian e-commerce websites in the category of books, camera, mobile phones, laptop, airlines ticket, music player/i-pod. This website not only searches and lists the various websites which offers the selected product but also highlights the website which offers the least price.
