Brand new Joomla Project. Design/Content given. 30+ pages

I need a brand new Joomla Website to be installed and configured on a server. It is a corporate website for a company. Basically I bought a Joomla Web design template from [login to view URL] and the following are what I need from the freelancer. 1. Install the Joomla files from templatemonster onto my server. As the current old website is still running live, it will need to run on a test folder instead 2. Insert around 30 pages of static content on to the website. We will provide all the content including photos and text. 3. Make some design/layout modifications. 4. 3 main functionalities a. A interactive page that allows you to mouse over places on the map and display different content. (Different Offices in different country) b. Log In/Out functionalities for business to upload small files onto the server. Generally there will only be 20+ users with pre-created accounts hence no sign up is required There could be a few more functionality but they wouldn’t be too complicated. c. Contact form. Pretty standard 5. SEO – Gurranteed page rankings on certain keywords. It is alright if freelancer cannot do SEO just indicate in your bid. I may engage some specialized SEO guy unless you have a proven SEO record as well. Please indicate if you do SEO or not. 6. Expect some changes to the requirement than the given above. Prefers a reputable freelancer as this is my first time listing on freelancer.com. Do show me some of your previous Joomla work. Prefers someone with good design aesthetics. Project is expected to complete within 2-3 weeks. Freelancer needs to have Skype or any other suitable VoIP software for better communication. Freelancer must speak decent English.
