Custom Wordpress and Google Map integration

Design a Wordpress template with a top header and 2 column layout. A third party site would be framed in the left column and displayed based from a search query to the third party system. I have UI wireframes and mock ups of the user interaction. You will also need to integrate Google maps onto the site (2 pages only). Search results (businesses) need to be presented in a map view and display a list. Our goal is to be able to migrate our current Wordpress powered site from the existing template to the new template in a turnkey way (that is, minimal site downtime). You will need to deliver the new Wordpress template and we will upload the files to our ISP ourselves. Your payment is dependent on whether the site works, as we have outlined, after we have uploaded it. Please ask questions if something is not clear.
