Create Exchange 2003 Calendar to Helpdesk Calender Connector

I need to program a new connector. This connector will link calendar items that are inputted in SysAid calendar (also known as activity), our trouble ticket system, to an exchange user calendar. SysAid uses a MSSQL backend to store all of its data. This connector should have the following basic functionality: 1. The ability to map a SysAid user to an Active Directory(Exchange) user 2. This map will be used to export the individual SysAid calendar to the Exchange calendar of the user. 3. The application should run on the exchange server.
