Create A Demo Euipment Tracking Website(repost)

I co-ordinate the loaning of demo equipment to customers from my office. I need a website that can help me do this and automate most of the procedure; the only manual entry would be confirmation that a demo was shipped and confirmation that it was received. Below is the current scenario: Customers calls to see if a demo is available. If yes, he books it and? I ship/arrange collection. When the time comes,? I email him and ask for it to be returned. I record it when it arrives and make it available for loan again. I would like the customer to be able to sing in, browse through and the? see all demos based on a criteria, be able to check the calander and book a time slot.
