Convert PSD to Drupal Theme

I need someone to take a photoshop design and convert it to a fully functioning Drupal Theme- all logos and graphics will be supplied and the design is not complicated- ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
