Automating conference registration

Dear coders, It is about automating? the process of registration to our conferences.? ? Please have a look at our site:? <[login to view URL]> Registrants would register online.? For this, they? would have to fill a questionnaire - some fields or brackets would be mandatory. For example, staying at the hotel for less than three nights would be impossible (a window saying this would display). They would have to follow a procedure including five phases: 1) checking that they have read and understood the conference information and general conditions,? 2) submitting abstracts, 3) (or go directly to:) paying conference fees online, 4) submitting flight details and hotel room bookings, 5) paying hotel charges online. Registration would be able to be paused and resumed later within certain limits. This is delicate as the automated process must encompass all possible options and cases. An administration table should allow to change the options for each conference or even change the configuration of the process (for example, staying at the same hotel would be compulsory or not/or choice could be given between several authorized hotels).? The system should? be able to: - generate a synoptic, printable file? of the registrants with? registration and payment status and flight details, -integrate a platform of payment,? - send reminders automatically, - deliver receipts automatically, - add automatically the registrants? email addresses into a mailing list,? - manage cancellations at our conditions, - display closure window/send closure message after the expiry of the final deadline.
