Almond classifieds layout design

My site ([login to view URL]) needs to have a new layout designed by a coder. It's not a major rework but only add some modifications to the existing one: [login to view URL] - Main page modification. add my logo remove the country/region selection and replace it by a banner box which is shown like the onw on the right hand side of the add details. -Classifieds lisitngs will be shown differently: Only by pictures, date posted, description, category and location -Urgent ads option to be added This option not implemented in Almond classifieds, should show all the classifieds which need to be sold urgently. User will filter the ads with the help of this function - Date in the listings should be in the european format dd/mm/YY and not mm/dd/yy PS:Site has been modified in french language but I can do the translation if needed.
