bet site scripts with perl script

I need the scripts of a bet site which people can _*also*_ meet in a table and can bet with others. The job needs to be done in perl script and will be executed in a linux based server. I want bet tables. For example one user can come to bet table and place a bid for the game. It could be anything extreme too. For example becham is gonna spit in first 30 minutes) And another user can come to the table first just to viev the bet and then the second user is gonna have two opportunuties. First "I accept" and the second one is "make it more fun" Also a third user can place a bet...and it goes on. The other features will be exactly the same as the other bet sites admin is gonna place the amount and the user can place bets thats all. More details will be posted to the responders.
