automated modify multiple account details (decaptcher)

This project should be based on either perl or php as script will be running on linux server with apache/php/perl. I already had other freelancer to write me an "auto account creator" for [login to view URL] with using manual entry & decaptcher service api (Account creator is based on vb, and it runs on windows as .exe) but its very buggy and now i need other script to recover all my accounts. I'll need script for this project run on php or perl. The project is to modify multiple account details with automated process using decaptcher service or manual entry. There will be list of provided in this format - email:password pop3_server:pop3_port So what scripts needs to do is - Go to [login to view URL] Enter email address(from the list), and decaptcha (either manual entry or decaptcher service, i want to be option before starting "process" of modification) and then click submit. Now check email using pop details & password. Find email in inbox with subject "Account Number Reminder". Then from message body take "Account number:" which looks like - U5579393 (example). And save that number. Then script needs to go - [login to view URL] Enter Account Number, E-mail Address and again captcha using either decaptcher service or manual entry (Will select before starting script) after submit, there will be second page, for second page we need "Reset Code". What script does - is checks email again, finds email with subject "Access Reset Code" that just came in. In message body finds "reset code" and insert Rest Code intro "Second Page" and clicks submit. Then script goes to - [login to view URL] Enters Account Number gathered from at the begging, and script goes to check email again - finds message with subject "New Access Information" and from message body finds password and PIN(will save pin for later) and enters password to login box and clicks submit. Next page (step) will ask for verification pin, so again - script goes to email finds message with subject Verification PIN, and verification pin in messege body and enters intro field and clicks submit. Next page only script needs to do is "check" agree button and, click continue". Next page, do nothing just click "login pin" and now second page script will need to enter PIN which we gathered before in email, so script enters PIN. and clicks next. At the next page, we select first selection from "drop down list" and click next. Now last part script needs to click on [login to view URL] (Public Information Summary from navigation) check to form boxes "Make Public" and click finish. After this script needs to save info intro .txt file in this manner - Account_number::password Demo accounts will be provided. I'm not yet 100% what decaptcher service we'll be using, recommendations are welcome. But i'm thinking on having 2 decaptcher services integrated and have a option before start of process to select. manual, decpatcher 1 or decaptcher 2 That it, Please make bids, I'll be selecting winner asap.
