CGI Photo Upload Site

The complete repair or recreation of the current site [[login to view URL]][1]. All functions from the original must be in working order along with the few notable updates mentioned in the attached file. You can redo the entire site from scratch or fix the current site. The attached file is a summary of all the functions on the site, you can use that to get a better understanding of what the site needs. From our testing, these need fixing: .the upload form (both single and zip files) .the admin login script .the admin login functions .the links doesn't redirect to the links There are other errors but they are more than likely linked to these main ones. The site is 100% Perl CGI/MySQL and must be repaired in this format. The site you will have access to is our attempt at fixing the web site. It's not the same code as the original. We will have uploaded the original zip file so you can have your pick which you want to work on. When bidding please let us know: .How long you think this will take you to create. .Whether you will redesign/code the entire site or fix the current one and just add the new features. .How fluent you are in Perl CGI and MySQL. This project was posted recently under a client's account but we are the project manager for this project now. Please don't bid on the other CGI upload site project; instead bid here. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All work will be done on our server which has all modules required (Image::Magick and the zipping module needed).
