curl gmail sign up

hello I need a curl script to create gmail accounts. I can handle the captcha with decaptcher API. It doesn't matter if code is messy or you are not a pro, as long as script works. My budget is around $30 because I know it's not that hard. I have attached my script that submits the form correctly(i think) but somehow it doesn't create an account so i need you to: -fix my script -or give me your own script. I would like to only have to submit 1 captcha to create one gmail instead of having to submit 8 to 10 captchas to make 1 account. I think solution for this is: - wait 5 minutes and then submit form - use 1 IP to request sign up page and other IP to submit form I am not sure so please give me your advice Thanks
