Cam Community

Hello All. The Project is a Cam Community. It should be based on a php/perl/both of them if needed + mysql database + flash server. I will need you to have some proven experience in that type of projects. The system should be written from scratch. It should be able to handle more than 1,000 live shows and 50,000 viewers on the same time. The system will run on multiple linux systems. Regarding features, the project will have a few stages, on stage one we will need all of the "general" features needed for that kind of website.
