Basically I need a CGI script that does the following, 1. Has a form the user has to fill in with details such as name, reason etc. 2. User clicks a button and a bash script on the server is executed. 3. The output from the bash script is displayed on the page. 4. The details from 1. is logged/audited either in a log file or database. 5. The audit trails from 4 should be able to be viewed via a web page and displayed in a nicely formatted table. Cheers,

Hello. That sounds quite straightforward. I'm sure it could be done well and securely within a day, but obviously I'd confirm that once you provide further details. It could be done in MySQL or with flat files if you don't want the overhead of a database server.
