Client Certificate URGENT !!! BONUS POSSIBLE!!!

Project Description: We are working on a project that requires the optional of using "client certificate" authorize the device along with forms authentication. Unfortunately this outside our expertise. I need a simple sample Visual Studio Lightswitch 2013 project along with very basic documentation of how the result was achieved, and specifics of necessities for deployment. Project: Lightswitch 2013, C# HTML project Forms Authentication enabled Client Certificate that stores (OrganizationID integer, ComputerID string) Middle-tier function (accessible in ApplicationDataService), :returns current users "client certificate" information/null if no certificate Lightswitch Table "Demonstration" : Columns (ID, OrganizationID integer, ComputerID string) Adds current user certificate information to table on inserting. Documentation: The documentation doesn't need to be elaborate, just straightforward instructional. Project Walkthrough: Basic step-by-step guide explaining the parts of the project.
