Hello, I have Msc Degree in Computer science and over 12 years of commericial experience with php and Mysql. I have also previously worked with OSticket. As a software engineer I specialise in PHP frameworks such as Code Igniter, Cakephp and Laravel. I also have alot of experience working with various content management systems such as Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal. Adding custom fields to Osticket is fairly easy and only requires modifications to a few files and for the database to be updated. If you also create tickets through email, then we would need to autofill your custom fields in the email script.
