Develop web page application with user interface, dashboard, charts and data tables presentations.

Develop application similar to [login to view URL] to display data in various ways, such as pie charts, charts, and data tables with ability to drill down various levels of information over time. Chart have to be very users friendly and good looking like fusioncharts. In brief, the requirement is as follows: 1. User Site login: a. There are at least 10-12 charts and pie charts needed. I have included several pics to show about 5 different categories of data needed. b. Need ability to print results in same way data is displayed c. Need to have ability to download data to csv format 2. Administration Panel: d. Allow users to access certain information for example by group, there are several groups and data categories. For example one user may have access to 2 groups and 3 categories of data. The security will limit the information the user can see and filter. 3. SQL2008 Database: e. Create database and I will provide the list of fields needed. 4. Test and deploy the new site within our existing site. 5. Looking for a outstanding design, simplicity and intuitiveness. 6. Create page to allow records to be search using the same categories and ability to edit data. The data that is available to the user will be dependent to security profile (see attached example). Shortlisted freelancers will be provided with access to the site and a written brief before submitting a final bid for the project. Background: The existing site has three major components: a secure user interface to access charts and data depending on user access permissions; a secure admin panel allowing data for charts to be uploaded as single records or bulk upload vias csv files; a SQL2008 database that holds all of the data. The user accesses the site and - depending on permissions - is able to select charts for certain categories. The data is uploaded by a Data Administrator on a monthly or quarterly basis. Data can be uploaded or amended as a single record and uploaded in bulk. Will need the ability to send auto emails based on alerts and alert options to users so they know when they need to look at charts or when information is available. Email will include charts or data table information as well. Milestones: There will be two equal milestone payments: 1. Completion of User Site 2. Completion of Admin Panel and SQL2008 database. All work must be guaranteed for 6 months after completion to ensure all bugs have been identified and resolved. Looking for high quality design similar to information provided or better.
