Database import script upgrade

I was looking around my site files yesterday and found a script that a programmer was doing on a script re-write for me. He got the backend mostly completed and some front end stuff. Within the stuff he created was an import script from my current database I use to this new database for this script. Since this has been written things have been added to my database or I think some important stuff was left out that I would love to keep. So working with a selected programmer I would like to get some sense made of the script he wrote and compare with mine to add in the things I think it needs or was missed. I know some of the tables on my database were converted to 2 or 3 in the new one. Also has column names different than what i had as well so working together we can figure each out. I tried to make sense of it and I get confused at parts so I just left it. I will include 3 files ( the import script, the new database tables and my current database structure).. apparently i can only add in 1 file so i can send the other 2 if you want them
