Bingo Website and Mobile App

I am looking for someone who can make a custom BINGO website and/or BINGO mobile app (depending on price) for me. Games will be accessed by remote location users and users can have multiple cards in each game. I would also like to be able to use customizable word phrases instead of numbers on the card. It is for children and adults, so I would like for it to be fun looking.
