Convert HTML to JOOMLA, GOOGLE MAPS as Multi-Locations

create this website as a Jumla template for all pages on this site, so I can easily update it. This site needs to be converted to Joomla. [login to view URL] I also want this page: [login to view URL] (this page shows the store locations) to show ALL our store locations. This is store locations where our products are being sold. so this is always changing. EVERYDAY. 1-I want the locations as a LIST PLUS 2- I want a "google maps" box to show the locations as dots, and when you put your mouse over a dot, you get the address/contact info. 3-the Google maps box must be at the top of the page with the list underneath, on the store location page. 4-Please only reply if you can make this with the Google map function. 5-I do not know how to use Joomla so well so I need help installing everything and getting it up and running. 6-I am not interested in seeing long emails. but whether or you can make this. Hope to get this done soon.
