add stripslashes to php form, add javascript to form

(1) on a php form (/secure/merchant-info/[login to view URL] - see image: [login to view URL] )… need to add a stripslashes function… here's the issue… in step 4 of the form, when selecting an alcohol with a single quote ( ' ) in the name (eg. Jack Daniel's) a backslash is displayed (in the liquor details table) once the user clicks 'View Selected'… need to get rid of the backslash. i added this functionality on line: 575 but cannot figure it out here. (2) need to add some javascript to the following file: /secure/liquordata/[login to view URL] (see image: [login to view URL] )… when the user selects 'TYPE' i need javascript to auto populate a hidden input field (code line: 119) that corresponds to the appropriate value for subcat_id. for example…. if the user selects 'Domestic Beer' i need the 'subcat_id' hidden field to be populated with '8'… if the user selects 'Gin' i need the 'subcat_id' hidden field to be populated with '2'… and so on… i've created an 'id' tag for each option to let you know what value should populate the hidden field based on selection need same javascript to be written for when the user selects 'SIZE'. the hidden field (code line: 165)for size is 'subcatSize_id'… ***** i can probably do this part myself after you have created the code for 'subcat_id' ***** let me know if you have any questions.
