Demo Template Changer

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BIDDING Only bid if you have done this type of work I need someone to develop me a Template Demo Changer/Switcher for my customers to look at available templates we sell for a particular script. I already have a design just need someone to develop the code and apply it to the design and upload it to the server. This code must be easy for me to maintain and upload templates with ease. I have attached a pic of what I am describing and looking for. This is a easy job If you have done this type of work please show me demos The job pays $150.
