Customizing the front end of an auction site

This project is to put a frontend or face on a site that uses the auction program from "[login to view URL]" as its back end. Some of the pages to be created will interface in some fashion with the backend and other pages are simply instructions or rules for the bidding process etc. The PHPProBid backend has been installed and is now ready to have the frontend customize to look as displayed in the various graphics attached in the package with this bid. This project can be broken up into various pages also to help get it moving forward with out too much concern about complexity.
