Custom Analytics and Phone Sale Tracking

We are looking for an experienced company to help us implement a custom in-house tracking system for tracking our phone and web sales. It should track the 1st time a user visits (called 1st touch attribution). If you do not know what this is, chances are you are not right for this project. We are looking for some code similar to Google Analytics (urchin script) that we can place on every page of the website that tracks the visits as well as generates a random phone code, that we can enter into a system that tracks a phone sale. (see attached screens “BACKEND INTERFACE”). We run a hosted shopping cart so the only code that can be executed on the main website is javascript and ASP. The server side hosting this tracking system we will need to be advised on the “processing power” required, and will be purchased and can run whatever code is required to get the job done. Abstract: The following program should track the sales generated and ROI of ALL marketing campaigns/initiatives such as organic SEO, Pay-per-click, banner ad purchases and affiliate marketing for our website. Both Phone sales and “Website-checkout” sales should be tracked equally well i.e. where the traffic FIRST came from as well as necessary details such as keywords, affiliate network, affiliate, referring site, referring site URL etc. There will somehow need to be a “tracking cookie” on the user’s browser to track things like: their 1st visit details, how many times they’ve been to the site etc. The cookie should last for 90 days (and this value should be adjustable). Results: The program should answer this simple question: How did a customer(purchased something) first find our site? For example if a visitor’s first visit was from: Search Engine Organic Traffic (non-PPC): What keyword did they search for first? How much did they spend? Was it a phone sale or web checkout? Search Engine PPC: What keyword did they search for first? How much did they spend? Was it a phone sale or web checkout? Website Banner Referral traffic: What site did they come from? What page on the referring site did they come from? How much did they spend? Was it a phone sale or web checkout? Affiliate Marketing: What affiliate network did they come from? Which affiliate from the network was it from? How much did they spend? Was it a phone sale or web checkout? Reports we should be able to run and should contain these columns: Date/Time of Visit 1st touch – Source (Organic, PPC, Referral Site, Affiliate Network) Phone Code Visit ID (sequential) – 7 or more characters Visit # (1st visit, 2nd visit, 3rd visit etc.) If sale: Order # Order Total Phone/Web Sale Reports we should be able to run: Export visits from date period to CSV Export sales from date period to CSV Export all sales from date period from a selected source Deadline is 3-4 weeks.
