Complete my website

Hello, I want someone who can complete a project that was left halfway by the first provider. It’s a site I use to post jobs for writers. I want someone who has dealt with membership sites before (especially if they involved different types/levels of membership) Currently everyone who joins the site is given the same membership level. I want to have different membership levels which will be assigned by the admin. I will give you full details once I see what you have done in the past so I expect to see your portfolio. (NOTE, don't just copy a few links to good looking sites and then post then here claiming that's what you have done in the past) i also need to change the cms so there will be follow up projects once you complete this initial stage. Finally, I want someone who can understand and communicate properly in English coz this can be a big hindrance to the project
