We are looking for a company or person that is highly reliable and with excellent programming skills in PHP/MySql. 1. Light, clean and easy to use 2. Who can enter details? 3. How can details be entered (i.e. from scratch, from existing database of clients) 4. What details to store (searchable): 1. Name + address + Email ++ 2. Requirements (Budget,Type of house,Department,Style,Condition,Nr of beds,Nr of bathrooms,Minimum habitable surface,Minimum required land size 5. Agenda function / Timeline 1. To enter viewing appointments / telephone calls / other events 2. Not all members can see all events (depends on access-level 1 - 8) 3. Shared application to be put on the central (Unix intranet) server 6. Produce automated Emails from existing fields in (optionally) PDF-format 7.
