Business Contact Plattform

Hello, i'm looking for a good php programmer. Before i start to describe the project, here are the requirements: - You are familar with PHP5 and Object oriented programming. - You know SQL, better you can work with Joins, Views and Triggers :-) - It would be nice if you are a good XHTML programmer, but we could find someone else if not. - You have an idea of bigger webprojects with output caching, performance optimazation and nice formatted sourcecode. - You comment your code if it's necassery - You are able to read and understand english Better if... - you have heard about the php "memcache" plugin - you are interessted in longer work together, upgrading and supporting the project (of course we'll pay this extra) - you know something about Ajax, we want to use jQuery - we can see a bit of you're already written sourcecode to know what we are buying. - you know something about sphinx search, Apache lucence or some else memory based search engines. ---- If you think you are the right one, please go on. ---- Project description: The core idea of the project is to save and manage your business contacts with an idea of there knowledge and expierience. The result of a lot of users which are saving there business contacts is a big social business network... Keyfeatures: - Userregistration * Registration form with about 20 inputs (we'll talk about this) * Profile - You can add your contactdata ( another 20 fields ) - You can add the companys you worked at ( 1user : n companys ) - You can add some freetext - You can upload one photo of you * User-"Homesite" - you see the last visitors of your profile - you see other users which are working in the same company - you see ads which for your job (see Job ads) - you see a list of the next people which has birthday. * Contacts - You can add someone else as your "contact" (the other one has to accept first) - You can send messages (like E-mails) - You can arrange a meeting (send a meeting, the reciver has to accept, after that the meeting will in the calender of both) - You can add friends / collegs which are not yet registered. You cen invite them - you see the online status of you're contacts - * Search function - You can search by full-text (this might be our part with a fulltext search engine, please talk with me at msn or ICQ) or by userdata, companys, name, .... - you can set up an automatic search (e.g. for companys who searches a employee) this could be everynight, if there's a result, the website should send a email. of course, this will implemented in a cron job. - * Marketplace / Job ads - A company could register (extra flag in the userprofile) - companys can insert employee searches => description, neccassery skills and TAGS - companys can add some dates for there presentation events => users can register on an event, the event will in there personal calender. - you can search the offers of the company and maybe find a job => offers will save how many users visited the offer, you can directly contact the company which offer the job. - there could also be offers as freelancer There will another webproject which you can use as a model.
