Build website and integrate Livedrive API

**Please be familiar with [login to view URL] and their backup/sync desktop application before proceeding.** I Need a site built that integrates [login to view URL]'s API so that all of their interface appears on our site. Site would have a backend or desktop software that would allow us to monitor and move files that appear in sub-user's Livedrive accounts. The purpose of this site is as follows: Using Livedrive's system and reseller provission, we'll create a service for insurance agencies that allows users to put any file in a catch-all folder locally which is syncronized online via Livedrive and then a human in a remote location will manually move any file placed in that folder to an appropriate client folder also hosted on Livedrive. The purpose is to allow agents to outsource all filing of computer files in thier document management program. It also helps agents who are transitioning to a paperless office do so more smoothly. In other words, we're escentially providing an outsourced online document filing service powered by humans. These agencies will be Livedrive subscribers through our reseller account but will use our site and the interface / have user accounts on our site which ports in Livedrive and is cobranded with our logo. The desktop client from Livedrive will be cobranded as well. Depending on success of this, Livedrive account will be white labeled as our own. 1. I would need an installation package built that combines Livedrive's desktop client installer with a script that creates a folder with custom icon on the users desktop and turns Livedrive's backup function on for that folder automatically. This should be fairly easy as the Livedrive installer adds contextual functionality. 2. I would need a dashboard type interface on the backend of this site (or an application) that would provide human staff with a que of new files and, if possible a way for them to quickly file them in the correct subuser's account and folder without changing screens. Additionally each move would be visible in a log which the user could look at in his account. 3. System would also asign each new user an email address allowing them to forward any item that needs to be filed via email. Alternatively, the system could route emails to user's catch all folder on Livedrive based on their return email address. 4. I would need the actual website built though I've already done logo and can provide examples of the type of design I'd like. 5. Any other minor functionality that would allow the concept of human's monitoring and filing items accross multiple Livedrive accounts.
