Build a full CMS real Estate Website

Hello My client needs a revamp of his current website. You can visit the existing site a rooneys.ie. The basic outline of the new site has already been designed although this is open to design suggestions (I'm not happy with the current design). What we are looking for is someone to create this site will a full easy to use and very reliable CMS system, the key factor in this is ease of use and speed of upload as the office may upload at least 20-30 properties per week. You will be expected to integrate the page content and current listings from the existing website. I would like you to provide the following: A breakdown of how you will build the site. It is key that the site can be edited easily by other developers in the future. A detailed quote for the work A timeline for the completion of the work (soon the better but please be realistic) Suggestions for how you think you can make this website better.
