Agency New Website 2013

We require an experienced web programmer with HTML5, CSS3, PHP and Javascript and/or Jquery, for the development of our new website. We are looking to recreate animation similar to [login to view URL], more details will be given to the chosen designer. The animation will consist of between 4 -6 different views. The site will consist of between 5-8 pages. We would need a PHP configured page for easy upload of portfolio. All of the design will be provided in PSD format, all that would be missing is the UI combined with the animation. For serious Programmers only.
