Add if else statement in a pinterest clone script

Hi, as the project name says... this is what we need: - create an additional checkbox column in the member manage backend (see image), this checkbox will toggle full access (2) or less access (1) for the if else statement - the if else statement that will work like this: if (user access = 2) else if (user access = 1) (this method is just an idea, do what you think is best). We have a pinterest clone script, and would like this function to hide certain menu items/functions from users with access level 1. We will be coding this function in ourselves since we have not decided where to include this function yet. You would just need to come up with the correct syntax and variables. Our budget is 30. We have a test server for you to work on as well.
